Main Parts:
1)Two Cutters: One is for Stainless Steel and the other is for Aluminum. While working, these two are always on the machine together, just no need to change. When making Stainless Steel, just use the Stainless Steel cutter; when making aluminum, just use the aluminum one.
2)Two Benders: Just like the two cutters above, One is for Stainless Steel and the other is for Aluminum. The difference is these two benders are separate on the machine. When we make different materials, we need to change, just 2-3 minutes will be ok.
3) Software: Easy to study and operate.
1. Encoder control feeding length, Auto-Compensation on slipping.
2. Adjust cutting depth automatically by software.
3. The whole machine is adjusted by software, no any working part adjusted by hand anymore.
4. Easy to Adjust. With more functional software, one software setting could work on different materials.
5. Bender Device(Head) adopt Steel Structure:
As the main structure of the machine, the bender device(Head) made by steel, more stable and stronger during bend-working.
6. As the core part of the motion card, we use high-class CPU. Its cost comes up to 2-3 times than other machine suppliers.
7. The software is more functional: compensation on the straight line, arc, inline, outline, start and end location more functional; Bender machine and router perfect match.
8. Easy to Adjust. With more functional software, one software setting could work on different material.
9. Can read AI, DXF, and PLT format. Perfect match cnc router.
