Buyer Protection
Description:
The water protection is one of the key units to ensure the laser tube safely running. The water protection is also called the Water Cutting-Off Protector which consists of a sensing signal, spring and switch. When there is water passing, the switch valve receives water flow pressure and pushes the spring to touch the sensor, and the sensor transfers signal to the control system or the laser power source for which it indicates feasible to work. When there is no water passing, it will transfer the signal to laser power source or the control system, and then it stops normal work. Through water protection installation, it can avoid the laser tube explosion caused by users from failure in switching-on water pump or Laser Water Chiller.

• The water cutting-off protection of laser tube is a simple structure with small size but stable performance and long life-span.
•  All the parts are designed smooth and the water passing the protection area won’t occur residue.
•  This product is made of plastic and produced with a special "secret" process for which it appears high hardness and strong(not fragile).

Details:

A Small Size, But Huge Power!
Effectively protect the laser tube from tube explosion caused by shortage of water.
When water blocked or water incoming hose and outgoing hose mis-connected on water pump, both will result engraving without light, hence to connect the water cutting-off protection on the pump’s water incoming hose, it will effectively protect the laser tube from the tube explosion caused by shortage of water.
The internal diameter of connection interfaces on both sides is 6mm, and the external on both is 10mm.

Attentions:
• During installing and using this product, please keep the water quality clean and clear without particles, scale and hardened substance, floccules, and also no magnetic impurity such as iron grindings, etc. 
• Please check the indicative arrows on the small plastic lid to arrange water running direction.
• During using the product, it is possible to install by any directions, but we recommend to be at horizontal or water inlet tilt down so that to make sure accurate and timely movement.
• It is prohibited to adjust the small plastic lid’s position without permission during installing and using.
• The product using environment is required that no strong magnetic field, electromagnetic wave radiation, shaking and corrosion are surrounded.
• It is prohibited to happen rigid impact or drop during installing and using.
• During installing and using, it is strictly prohibited to release any force on the small plastic lid.
• While using the product, please do not allow any other objects (sundries) coming inside.
