Description:
Rock image is one kind of polished natural Metamorphic Rocks. It is suitable for flat clamshell press machine and very easy to operate. You can print your own Photos on the rock with natural texture,which are different from the traditional photos, very beautiful and outstanding.
This rock image is perfect for decoration both for home and office; of course, it’s a best choice as a gift for friends as well.
Rock image processing(Sublimation):
A. Print the photo on the transfer paper. ( The printer must be Epson Printer, and Sublimation ink is special ink.)
B. Stick the paper and stone with anti-temperature tape.
C. Transfer the photo from paper onto the rock with tile press.
Heat pressing processes:
Print your favourate photo/picture on to inkjet transfer paper by common Epson inkjet printer.
Stick the paper to the rock.
Heat press the rock under 180 degree for 120 seconds.
Remove paper before the rock gets cold.
This process uses organic colour dyes & is more environmentally friendly as it avoids the use of substances such as lead and cadmium. However, some loss of vividness can arise if the print is exposed to too much bright light and heat, the protective film can also loose its lustre if washed too frequently in harsh dishwasher cycles. With the right artwork these produce spectacular results.
