Description:
• Metal strip bending pliers is also called manual rapid bending clamp bender, aluminum, iron, stainless steel, luminous characters bending tool, LED advertising letter seaming pliers.
• The manual rapid bending clamp bender, which is a new bending tool, the latest production goods.
• To be used in rapid bending the material thickness within 0.6mm and width within 100mm iron edgings, aluminum fiber edge or stainless steel letter edges(Not suitable for F type aluminum profile).
Features:
• This metal plier is light weight and fast performance.
• The metal letter making tool is bright, and will not get faded in at least ten years.
• The handheld portable metal letter bending tool plier is really easy to operate, greatly improves the production speed, and greatly reduces the cost of the work.
• Available Materials: metal tapes like stainless steel tape, galvanized sheet, aluminum tape etc.
• Max working width: 10cm.
• Max working thickness: advise no more than 0.8mm (details according to the materials).
Tips:
• Maintenance: active parts should be filled with sewing machine oil regularly to guarantee easy operation without machine jammed phenomenon.
• Correction: in the daily use, please pay attention to guiding rule to avoid collision; test the guiding ruler and the blade at a 90 degree angle at any time, this accuracy is very important, very effortless.
Remark: If you want to bend aluminum tape (flat coil without folded edge), please make a slot by craft knife, which can avoid wrinkle and assure good finishing.
