5. Can I ship my orders by Express if it is more than 100 kg or 0.5 M3?: Yes, you can!

6. Can I ship my orders by my own forwarder?: Yes, you can.

12. How many days to ship by order?: It depends on the destination port. If Asia countries, 5 – 15 days, European countries, 30-35 days, Northern America and Southern America 30 – 35 days. Africa countries, 35- 40 days.

13. What is the payment terms for orders by sea.: We can accept the T/T payment and western union payment if the orders more than $3,000. If the orders value is not reach to $3,000, we also can accept paypal, credit card payment.

Automated take-up system equipped with inductive tension and double-track structure. Automatic rewinding, unattended production and reduce cost. With tension control take-up system not only extends life span of motors, but also expands its application range for outdoor and indoor printing material, fabric and fiber material.
The take up system allows you to leave production unattended, with the completed job securely wound, and it is particularly useful for long print runs and large graphics. In print then laminate workflows, the take-up system enables an easy and precise workflow from completion of printing to loading and feeding through roll-to-roll lamination units.
The take up unit also reduces media waste and maximizes quality of output by automatically tensioning the vinyl, keeping it tightly wound on the reel to help avoid nicks, creases and scratches in the media. All roll-to-roll materials are automatically wound onto the unit to help you maintain a clean and safe workspace while providing an easy storage.

Our take-up system works rolls on tension induction and ensures neat take-up. Motor life becomes longer.

Ordinary take-up system works based on passive padiator,And motor life is always short.

Our take-up system can bear a maximum
weight of 40-50 kg.

Ordinary take-up system bears a maximum
weight of 30 kg for rolling materials.

1.Open box, and separate the connecting
plate and the take-up system.

2. Mount the connecting plate.

3. Loosen tension bar and set screws.

4. Put the take-up system on the connecting plate.

5. Tighten the screws to settle take-up system.

6. Adjust the position of dynamic roll axis on
take-up system and fasten the axis.

7. Connect the power transformer (12V) to power supply.

8. Load the paper roll.

9. Attach take-up system to the printed material.

10. Adjust the tension and the switch.

11. Installations complete.
