Pregunta	The remote control did not arrive with the batteries as stated! I put AAA batteries in as instructions say but they do not fit correctly - 3 batteries - as stated do not fit in the unit and two batteries are too short to make contact with the + and - terminals. AA batteries make contact, but the remote does not turn on! What is the problem????
